3-Year Standard Warranty World Wide Across ALL NEW ADC products
01/06/2014 - 11/30/-0001

Lansing, NY, January 6, 2014 – ADC will increase its standard warranty — on all its new products to three years from the previous standard one year. The effective sales date will be January 1st 2014.

The decision to increase the standard warranty period follows quality initiatives that ADC undertook, from 2010 to 2013, yielding improvements in product reliability and earned top marks from customers worldwide.

Alex Deyhim, ADC’s president, said: “The three-year standard warranty is yet another way we’re able to pass the benefits of making large improvements in our designs and operation directly to our customers.”

The main driver behind this move is the implementation of systematic customer feedback into our operation/engineering that allows us to take immediate action on customer feedback; we have developed specific tools, processes and training for our engineers and operations; and finally we have set very high expectations for new product introductions making sure each new product has higher reliability than any previous product.

Eric Van Every, Vice president of Operation, said: “The customer feedback is very important to ADC and we listen and we take action building a culture of quality within ADC.”
